Guest Play Procedures and Regulations

Guests may play anytime with a member, including weekends and holidays, by paying guest fees of the day. Walking is permitted anytime.  Riding and Power Carts are available.  Each Monday and Tuesday, (Prime Season) we will have “MEMBER’S DAY FOR GUESTS”. On these days, guests playing with a member, will be charged a discounted greens fee.

ON WEEKDAYS ONLY,a Running Deer member not attending, may sponsor guests who share the philosophy of how the game should be played, by calling to reserve a starting time and stating the names of all guests, not to exceed four guests. Fees and purchases will be charged to the member, unless the member would prefer the guests to pay when registering (please indicate when calling in the reservation).

Play by USGA rules.  Proper decorum is expected of everyone. The cart and greens fees are for nine or eighteen holes; additional golf incurs extra charges.

Fivesomes, beer, and alcohol are not permitted on the golf course. Jeans and tank tops are not considered proper dress. Running Deer is a soft spikes only facility.

It is the member’s responsibility to make sure that guests are informed of these regulations.
