As with everything at Running Deer, we take banquets and special events to the next level. Private Events Director Miranda Duca has comprehensive event packages for any occasion and each one is customizable to fit your needs.
The process starts with our three beautiful rooms, any one of which could be yours for an hour, an afternoon or a whole day. As long as you need it! Take a look:
Grand Ballroom – With its cathedral ceilings, full length windows, stunning view of the golf course and elegant atmosphere, this room has all the right elements to set the tone for any large occasion. There’s space for dinner for 200 people with dancing and 220 without. The ballroom overlooks the 10th hole of the golf course and a large lawn area where our beautiful pergola sits for outdoor events.
The Tee Room – This space is more intimate than the ballroom, but still has room for up to 50 people. It has all the same luxurious accommodations as the ballroom and the window-lined walls let the sun light the room beautifully during the day. It is perfect for baby and bridal showers as well as large meetings and luncheons.
The Lounge – The Lounge is our upscale, executive conference room and it features a long conference table with space for up to 16 people. This room is our data information center and it is fully equipped with fax, computer and WiFi access. It is the perfect space for executive conferences, smaller business seminars, corporate functions or intimate, private dinner gatherings.
