Q. Does Running Deer have a minimum?
A. Yes, we have a food and beverage minimum.
Your minimum guest count must equivalate to the food & beverage minimum listed below. $9,000 on Monday-Thursday/Sunday January-December
$14,000 on Saturday nights November-April, July & August
$10,000 minimum on Friday nights November-April, July & August
$18,000 on Saturday nights in May/June & September/October $12,000 minimum on Friday nights May/June & September/October

Q. Does Running Deer have a space for a ceremony?
A. Yes, we have two gorgeous outdoor ceremony spaces to choose from. The Pergola is overlooking the golf course and nestled between perfectly manicured landscaping. The Timbers features wooded seclusion and breathtaking natural surroundings. Indoor ceremonies can be held in our stunning Grand Ballroom in the winter months or is the back-up option to an outdoor ceremony.
Q. Does Running Deer offer rehearsals?
A. Yes, ceremony rehearsals can be booked with our event coordinators. We also offer rehearsal luncheons and dinners.
Q. Is a taste testing included?
A. Group menus tastings will be scheduled for couples that have selected a plated wedding package. We will email you tasting date options leading into or in the year you’re getting married. You will have the opportunity to sample three preferred entrees and meet our Executive Chef and Running Deer Squad responsible for bringing your vison to life!
Q. Does Running Deer offer a Wedding Suite?
A. Yes, we have a spacious suite featuring floor length mirrors, vanity, and lots of sitting areas as well as a men’s lounge equipped with a flat screen TV, card room, and lots of space to get ready for your big day.
Q. Is someone in charge of the couples needs the day of the wedding?
A. Yes, our wedding packages include a wedding coordinator who will make sure everything you need that day is taken care of. From putting out your personal items, packing them up for you at the end of the night, coordinating your ceremony and your timeline, the wedding coordinator is there for your every need!
Q. Is Running Deer LGBTQA+Friendly?
A. Yes, we are LGBTQA+ Friendly. We are a member of the IBA Greater Philadelphia LGBTQA+ Chamber of Commerce and are 14 Stories Gay Wedding Institute Certified. Love is love.
Q. How many hours is included in the wedding package?
A. Our wedding packages are 4 or 5 hours. If you opt to have your ceremony onsite, we allot an additional 1⁄2 hour. If you desire to use the wedding suites for preparations, we allow up to 5 hours prior to ceremony start time complimentary.
Q. Is there indoor space for a ceremony and cocktail hour in case of inclement weather?
A. Yes, and we can decide the day before if you would like to have the ceremony and or cocktail hour inside.
